Cancellation Policy

At Rainbow Nails we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Our policy applies to all appointments booked. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24hours notice. We will be happy to cancel or reschedule any appointments up until 24 hours before. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking will result in a £10 fee that will be added on to the cost of your next appointment booked.

No Shows

Any ‘No show’ appointments will be charged at 50% of the treatment price. This payment will be required before a new booking is made. The next appointment booked must also be pre-paid beforehand.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel future treatments at the salon if appointments are continually missed/changed without notice.

Late Arrivals

If you are running late please call and let us know ASAP. Clients arriving late may have their services adjusted to fit the remaining appointment time. We will always do our best to accommodate however any appointments 15 minutes late or more may not be able to go ahead.

Text/Email Reminder Service

You will receive a text and email reminder 24 hours before your appointment is scheduled (please ensure we have your details up to date on our system). Any cancellations after this reminder will incur the £10 fee.
